Cardboard box gardening experiment

October 2019 - YIKES! Here is a 4-week update on our cardboard box garden soil experiment, using the same brand of organic potting mix versus organic garden soil. Other than the soil, nothing else varied. We used the same mix of seeds, planted at the same time and thickness and watered equally.

THE RESULTS: Surprisingly, the weak looking radishes on the left are planted in the more expensive potting mix and the ones on the right are in the bags of cheaper garden soil.
